It’s not my place to give advice here, but I’d recommend that you tell your daughter asap. Let her know that you are in this fight with her and show her how to be strong through it all. Be her example and show her the way.
I intend to tell her for sure in the next few days. She’s still in the early days of testing and doesn’t even have a name for her cancer or a treatment plan. She had a biopsy yesterday. I wanted to get my mind clear and for her own shock to wear off. I may not get to see her through all of this as she lives in Seattle. Thanks for the encouragement.

Same thing happened to my old man last summer. GB origin, had spread to pancreas, which as you know has incredibly poor odds of lengthy survival. He died in January.
Get your affairs in order, because once the chemo war commences, you might not get a window where you want to do it. Godspeed.

Reading that really puts things into perspective. Prayers will be going up for you, your daughter, and your friends and family. In the meantime, lean into God and the Bible(or whatever religious text you may follow) be the Rock for your daughter, and lean on whomever you need to during this time. Don't worry about burdening anyone, worry about yourself and your daughter. Any friends or family should be more than happy to shoulder whatever they can for you. God bless.
ETA: so where were we at on pics of your daughter? I kid, i kid.

You’re not being melodrama nor cringey
You’ll get through this and had you been more local, I’d stop in and see you. Godspeed brother

I can't imagine how you're feeling and what you're going through.
On a serious note of helping you out. You are in Birmingham and UAB has the best in the business. My wife has connections at UAB, particularly in oncology. If you want to go there and get a second opinion, or their treatment plan I will see what she can do to get you in in a fast track.
ETA: I'm in the area too, if you need anything say it. My wife has medical connections and I like to drink beer and talk to people.

Thanks, brother. I’ve thought about getting a second opinion. It never hurts. I haven’t even got my port inserted yet. I will message you here.

No pics, lol. But trust me she is a beauty. Everybody thinks their kid is beautiful but she was literally a model in NYC and LA in her teens and early 20s. Never made a cover but she made some good money. Marc Jacobs was a designer she did some work for. Ask your wife or GF!

King,
Of course prayers are offered up for you and your family and daughter. May God Bless and heal you and give you and your family strength as you all battle. I pray your doctors provide the best possible care and you are healed. Stay strong and reach out for any further prayer requests as they will always be honored. God bless you.

Be healed, good man. The power that raised Him from the dead is in you to heal. May your faith be strengthened, and your belief even stronger! The Lord our Father bless you, your daughter, and your family! We all are hopeful for both of you. I'm truly sorry you're dealing this.

How heartbreaking to hear. Praying for you and your daughter. I hope everything goes well for the both of you. I had Stage 3 endometrial cancer that spread to my ovary at age 36. I am 7 years cancer free.

Prayers for both of you brother.
One thing you might not have considered is your daughters concern for you might take some of the attention and stress off of her own body. Also, if she were to find out about your cancer accidentally and abruptly, it could cause her body stress.
