2 years 8
months. My baby brother was premature and he had a trach. I can remember my parents sucking that thing out several times a day. I also remember him being rushed to hospital because of breathing problems.

Love it, Darla. Our parents were once us. You are probably better than me, but they acted up, and were crazy. I remember my parents on their "poker nights". I was a toddler. It wasn't appropriate.

And in my first memories
They shot Kennedy
I went numb when I learned to see
So I never fell for Vietnam
We got the wall of D.C. to remind us all
That you can't trust freedom
When it's not in your hands
When everybody's fightin'
For their promised land
They shot Kennedy
I went numb when I learned to see
So I never fell for Vietnam
We got the wall of D.C. to remind us all
That you can't trust freedom
When it's not in your hands
When everybody's fightin'
For their promised land

I don't need your civil war.
It feeds the rich, while it buries the poor.

There was a popular cartoon at the time, and ppl dressed up as the characters. What the frick is your problem? I was a toddler with a kidney disease and people tried to cheer me up. I can pull the Polaroids from my time in the hospital and the name of the cartoon for you. Do you also want my mom's diary when she decided to take me offa the meds bc she didn't like the reaction, and almost killed me? I can give you screen shots.

Brelieve it or not, I was 18 mos old and my mom brought my new sister home. I was standing watching her and a family friend hold sis on the couch - while realizing the world would never be the same!

My mom doesn't believe me, but I remember being in the hospital at 18 months, to get my tonsils out, at the old Lady of the Lake.

About five. Hurricane Betsy blowing through Baton Rouge. Looking up through kitchen window, seeing a big pecan tree get blown over.
