I can remember running around in the backyard. Eating honeysuckle that would grow on the fence and riding our golden retriever like he was a horse I have no idea how old I was...that's the house I lived in for the beginning of my life.

I also remember in detail hitting my brother in the head with a baseball bat on accident (back swing caught him...he thought the ball I was hitting was going to fall off the tee so he stepped forward to grab it). I still remember the blood and telling him "it's going to be ok".

It's #1 most terrifying incident in my life to date. I was ~5 I think when that happened.

My parents telling my sister and I that they were getting divorced. I was maybe 4 years old.

How do you know you were two, though?

Some of our memories are false ones.

One poster earlier alluded to it.

It is a third person memory...then it is likely from a dream or fantasy from a photograph. I think I have a few like that from photos and vids of me from when I was a kid.

But...it's fair too, because you rememver things better if you mark the occassion, like a postcard or a journal.

Making boudin sandwiches with my MawMaw while my Dad oversaw the installation of a liquid nitrogen storage tank at his business.

I was 2 or 3 years old.
