I've seen this done at work a couple of times. We have a Gung-ho fire department that does a great job.

They should also give that person a ticket for parking in front of the hydrant. Screw people who knowingly breaks the law. Even a moron knows not to park near a fire hydrant

should have used jaws of life to cut the doors off so the house doesnt kink like that.

and OP if they went over or under the car the house would kink and not get much water. your point is valid with the comment about making a statement though, since a fire truck could have just pushed that trash car out of the way with ease
