I agree on all but point 1. I buy beer from a gas station quite often when hosting clients on trips. Especially in more remote areas on hunting or fishing trips. And sometimes I’ll drive to the gas station closest to where I live to buy beer to sit out by my pool.
Elon Musk? Probably not. But most of executives, if they drink beer, would have no shame in buying beer at a convenience store. Because, it is convenient.

I am not going to 100% judge you if:
- you are really young and poor.
I was flat broke in college and could not afford meat for my spaghetti sauce.
If that was me now, I would do the same a few times.
But if I had ANY EXTRA money in my pocket. If I was having a Starbucks or two a week, etc….
