Isn't he the idiot that tried to say the "citizen's arrest" in the AA case was valid and those guys would get off? If so, I don't trust a word out of his mouth because he clearly isn't very smart.

I don't know what you are referring to. Maybe your are correct.
But how can you "not believe" his logic?
How can you dismiss his personal experience?
Most of what he says doesn't require "believing him".
His logic, reason, and clarity aren't measurable.. you can't check against "facts".
Clearly, maybe is isn't him who "isn't very smart"

He makes great points on this video but generally when you go as far off the deep end as he clearly did in the Aubrey video, it's more than fair to just write anything he says off as a whole imo.

Well in the past he presented wrong "facts" both of law and actual facts, so yes I can argue against him. If it sounds like pandering, it probably is.
ETA: Don't know his argument, but I think the APD cops made a good shoot. It's tragic for all involved that a simple DUI ended how it did.
