I don't see that as a sucker punch. If you do, then you should probably keep your fights off the street and on the school yard before you wind up getting hurt. Homeboy in blackshirt, kept on violating the other group's personal space. He absolutely postured in a way to give the others the apprehension of receiving a battery. Self-defense does not require you to wait for the other guy to throw a punch. In fact, in most street fights, the first punch normally wins. Black shirt had every opportunity to walk off, but he kept walking back. He was definitely the aggressor. I don't care how much smack anyone was talking. One thing we have learned from dems (sorry for being political) is that they have the absolute right to get up in a police officers face and scream whatever they want. Having learned that lesson, no matter what the white men where saying and vice versa does not matter. Words do not justify violence, however violating one's personal space does.
