I honestly believe that. I do . My question is, how to fix or change the large portion that is? There has to be some kind of responsibility taken and then some education on appropriate behavior.
There is no way, no matter the color, that smart/good people believe that is the way we should act

Guy in red folded like a lawn chair. I assume that’s how tasers are supposed to work vs people continuing to fight after being zapped like you are so many times. Must have had a fresh charge on it

Seeing the guy in red drop makes me wonder why tasers seem to fail so often. I get drugs, but what about the video of that fat bitch in her car. It’s like the taser did nothing to her.
