That is true.
But the blaming races part..I don't personaly believe anyone is blaming individual white people for today's problems. Folks are trying to exhibit the inherit advantages today's white people get for the social and economic institutions that were once put in place by white people, many of which were aimed at systematically suppression the economic and social ascension of black and brown people. I know for sure, I dont.
But I will hold people accountable for ignorant racial bias that still does persist today, a bias that is infecting our country.

Uhhh, actually those are the people that end up doing well for themselves. Regardless of race, if you make the right choices and delay gratification you're going to do well for yourself in the US.

No one said they wouldn't do well. They will, as hard work opens opportunites for all.
So why does racial hatred still exist for even the successful and those that did everything the right way? The board seems to run away frkm this question all time (not saying you are).

And black people need to ask themselves why they think or are being told that any "plights" they have are in any way comparable to that of centuries ago. And then once you aren't so blinded, you'll see that the biases and attitudes you perceive are your own confirmation bias.

I give black people the business more than it seems.
What's disappointing is the low expectations this board has for white racial bias. Every boring and lazy excuse for irrational fear, misunderstanding, etc of minorites is colored in "statistics" or antecodal life experiences.

The same ones that give away scholarships to minorities and allow them to attend institutions that would turn down applications with similar qualifications? The same institutions that are changing qualification standards to diversify enrollment?
I am not saying their is anything wrong with what is happening, but certain people cannot act like they are being held back anymore when they are given ample opportunities to improve their situations.

That's something white people need to ask themselves. Why haven't our views on certain groups evolved as quickly as the laws that govern us have?

I am from Georgia, went to school in Alabama, and live in the racially polarized city of Atlanta. My family has deep southern roots.
I know zero people who hate black people. I know of absolutely no white people who have anything but respect for black people who do the things society tells us are responsible (pursues education, works hard, takes care of their family, etc.).
Zero.
And I'll openly acknowledge that I know a lot of people with varying degrees of prejudice.
