If they are worried I would let a couple of pitbulls alone in his cell overnight and call it a day. I understand Mexico but how in the hell would you let him break out a american prison here in the United States.

It’s a two sentence paragraph from yahoo with no quotes or anything. The fact this even passes as news is astounding, but not surpirsing.

if a guard making $15/hour gets offered millions I doubt they would think twice. I'd let him walk out the front gate for $20 million. I'd live happily in the Caribbean

Realistically your choice is probably $2,000 and your family continues to breathe.

Wait until he starts testifying about how much money he was paying corrupt US officials.

He'll "choke" on a greenbean with haste.

He’s not the first millionaire to go to prison. Plenty of guards have been offered $1-5 million to help with an escape. That’s why maximum security requires paying off multiple people on different levels to allow this to happen. It would take multiple guards not to rat.

He’s not breaking out of a max security prison in the US.

He’d have to do it during prisoner transport or something.

Like the movie SWAT

They wont let him. They practically shut down his initial trial when he started bringing up all the higher powers that were on his payroll

El Chapo isn’t a millionaire. He’s a billionaire and if his money could be tracked he’s probably the richest man in the world.

It's an issue to fill space on a National Holiday to drive ad revenue through sensationalism.

El Chapo is like the manager at Lowe's. A figure head for money men above him. He's the hedge fund manager in essence.
