No way in hell those guys make $15.00 an hour at Maximum Security prison. That’s parish prison rates. These guys are like Seal Team 6 compared to the National Guard. They have to be making at LEAST $18.00 maybe as much as $18.50.

ETA So money isn't an issue .....the issue is his network of associates in the states, the fact that he still basically controls his Cartel in Mexico, and the fact that he doesn't give a shite about anything especially a human life.

Nothing is impossible, but it would be far easier to just put your guys in the mountains surrounding Florence with large telephotos until you know who the guards, wardens, prison staff are, what they drive, then follow them home. Learn who has children and their routines. Take them, do the same indescribably horrible things to a few of them on film as they have done to their Cartel rival's children down in Mexico. The FBOP will give you a jet with enough fuel to get you back to Sinaloa before they allow the torture and murder of the rest of the children, guaranteed.
