Federal lawsuit alleges racism, discrimination at Buffalo Wild Wings in Kansas

This would never happen in Baton Rouge because our Buffalo Wild Wings only have black customers.

I seem to recall a similar suit was tried at a location in Charlotte by patrons claiming racism by the restaurant toward black customers after some kind of incident involving a large group of black customers at one table.
The suit ended up failing in part because it was owned by former Carolina Panthers WR Mushim Muhammad.

There is a black restaurant in town and reading the google reviews to it is hilarious. You got black people pissed off at the owners/staff for making them pay for their food after they order it (apparently they only ask certain guests to do this 
). This one woman was extremely mad at this tactic and :rotflmao:. The owners of the restaurant are black as well but they ain't fricking stupid and was probably tired of getting ripped off.

What are his “damages” for hearing another employee saying blacks don’t tip well? Management should offer him a free half rack of baby back ribs to settle this case.

I was at Sammy’s recently and saw an older black couple mistakenly get brought 3 pounds of crawfish. They didn’t say anything to the waiter and both ate it. Thy then tried to refuse to pay for it because it was not what they had ordered. I felt bad for the manager because he kept trying to explain that they ate it so needed to be paid for and they just didn’t understand.
They eventually paid for it but only after telling the manager and everyone at tables nearby them (including mine) that they would never be back. I couldn’t help but laugh at how ridiculous the situation was when she tried to talk to me about it. Some customers are just awful and there’s no way around it
