My dad moved from Europe to the US when he was 28. I've visited Europe many times. Believe me, Europe is much more racist than the United States is.

This sort of black person seems to have a very distorted view of how white people relate to the police.
My heart rate picks up a little if a cop's right behind me. Years ago, I even had a cop point a gun at me. It was the 1990s in New Orleans East and he was concerned about his safety. After he determined I wasn't going to lacerate of perforate him we were very cordial with each other. Turned out he was a pretty good guy doing a difficult job.
My parents had "the talk" with me, and told me to treat cops with extreme deference. That's not a black thing. None of these things are.

I would vote for a mill tax for anyone willing to leave the USA that will reject their citizenship legally and leave for good. They will receive a voucher for a 1 way flight for a minimum of 2000 miles from the CONUS. They shall not be permitted a Visa or citizenship to return.
