Isn’t using the horse medicine their choice?? That’s what they want - to have a choice - so why does that bother you? You had your choice, why can’t they have theirs?

They are pretending that this approval wasn't done so companies can begin mandating the vaccine, thus removing the choice part.

It is a lot more nuanced than that.

Ok. But that’s the gist of it. Told to me by a doctor. Plenty of people try to sue bc of varicella. But of course they can’t.

Question: how many doctors are telling people not to get the vaccine? The “Talk to your doctor” response does sound a bit like a cop out

I got my first dose last week. It was at my annual physical. My PCP asked why I hadn’t gotten it and I basically told him apathy and no sense of urgency. I’m for people being proactive in getting it if they’re at risk. And I know it’s safe. I got it then and there simply because it was available and he suggested I get it. It was Pfizer. I’ll get my second dose the same time I go back for bloodwork to check on my uric acid levels and kidney function. Numbers weren’t ideal.

It is a subunit vaccine that is "more" traditional. It uses moth cells and tree bark thus it may be more apropos for the Sportsman's Paradise (no pejorative intent).

Just because officials will use the approval to support a mandate, doesn’t mean that’s why this was approved. You know that right?

The next step for most EUA vaccines and medications are to get full approval.

If you want to call everyone that takes an FDA-approved vaccine "sheep" while taking a feed store drug that is literally intended for sheep....no one is going to stop you.

I haven’t called anyone a sheep - was just curious as to how their choice affects you. If you are vaccinated, then you should not die of Covid. However, Jim Bob does not want the vaccine and takes the stuff he gives his sheep - then his tractor runs over him - soooo???

I explicitly said I do not take the animal medicines.

ETA: I am going to say that there is a severe lack of reading comprehension, though. But there will never be a vaccine for that.

Finally. The experimental vaccine is no longer experimental.

One could argue that to start with because of the increase in reports of illnesses from using it. Or the fact 2/3rds of the calls to the poison control in Mississippi in July were related to ivermectin. If folks are poisoning themselves with misuse of a drug thus adding more to the overloading of ICU's then surely that alone is a good enough reason to stay away from it?

quote:

There was a five-fold increase in cases of illness related to ivermectin toxicity over the month of July, according to the internal CDC documents. The Mississippi poison control center also issued a warning about increased reports of ivermectin misuse this past Friday. The poison control center said two-thirds of recent calls were related to ingestion of livestock formula of ivermectin.

ABCnews

ETA and then of course there is the added side effect that folks who need ivermectin for their livestock can't find it because someone is buying out tractor supply...

Phase 1 through Phase 3 usually take several years due to funding, government bureaucracy, and finding adequate test subjects, none of which was an issue with any of these vaccines

once Phase 3 is done, it generally takes about a year for full approval, which is almost exactly how long this took

I will NEVER take this useless "vaccine" and I don't care what government agency says it's safe. Look at the data from Israel, it straight up does not work. If you really care about this virus (so basically if you're 60+ or 300lbs) then you should care that this vaccine is basically creating people silently spreading it.

Instead of giving people a rushed vaccine that no one has ANY idea of the long term effects, why don't we treat it with things that might work with no side effects, and have been studied for decades?

I don't see how it isn't a HIPPA violation to make people get this shite!

Basic virology says less viable hosts = less chances for a virus to mutate. We eradicated polio through vaccines that didn’t have sterilizing immunity (you can still get it, just not as severe) that were taken by a large population of adults to protect children who were more susceptible.

When the left was saying last summer that there’s no way Trump will have a vaccine ready by the end of last year, they were claiming the soonest would be late summer early fall for approval. At the time, they were the ones calling it a rushed experiment and using the full approval process timeline to support that claim.

Feel better now?

By definition, there are no varying degrees of unique. It's a binary state of being. Either something is unique or it is not unique.
