It's going to be a hit self planned by a few guys acting on their own in the name of Islam. It is not gonna be ISIS ordered. They were riding around a few hours after the attack in the vehicle that was being sought. They responded to the ISIS call for people in other countries to carry out their own operations.
They are going to be unsupported.
It doesn't make it any better, but this wasn't a Paris type thing. It was three home grown radicals carrying out an independent operation.

While I don't believe this will be the case, couldn't it be possible that there isn't information about the shooters? As in, they could be "undocumented immigrants"?
