He actually said that he didn't know if this was terrorist situation or not but, at the least, they are dealing with a domestic terror situation.
Now CNN commentator saying that most likely militia group bc most terrorists blow themselves up. (Serious disbelief on my part)

That quote was seriously distorted. The sheriff didn't say it wasn't international terrorism. He said he didn't know but at the least it was domestic terrorism. BIG difference.
