Best evidence right now is that it was a holiday banquet for county employees - I'm assuming SB county, but who is to say?

I heard County health officials.

So, disgruntled employees could be considered, anti-government/anti-Obamacare.

But, this event may have just been a target of opportunity - the facility may have been selected for a specific reason - multiple entries with multiple high speed routes headed away. I have a theory, based on my experience, but I want more information before I indulge in it publicly.

This. I would be shocked if these 3 guys are still in the same vehicle at this point. For that matter, they've probably changed clothes, had lunch, and are watching the chaos from afar.
