St. Thomas and St. John are great places to visit but I'd lose my goddamn mind trying to live there indefinitely. My dad was there for close to two decades and I could never stand more than a few weeks. All he ever did was read and sail around, which sounds cool, but not much of a life if you ask me.

I find this highly offensive.

Try the OB METHOD and double up the Midol.

You'll be fine.

Oh, and if you don't don't want your "child, worker, circus worker" involved....then don't mention "them OR they" on the O.T.

Hawaii - Godparents live on Oahu and it's a little slice of paradise

Pennsylvania - Best combination of history, old mountains and roller coasters. Food not the best.

Colorado
- Love me some Southern Colorado Rockies. Ouray, Telluride, Durango... High mountain passes and towns built on hot springs... anytime but Winter.

Soft spot for West Virginia for scenery and history as well.

Loved drinking and dining in California (San Francisco and wine country)... but that was just about the only distinguishing positive.

Drive hwy 22 through SE Ohio. Every 15 minutes I would pass through a small town with houses all painted white, with American flags , a church, etc…. No stops or lights and each town would be around 1 minute drive through. Absolutely Americana.

Neat. He’ll remember maybe a handful of them if that!

Yup. We've been in an apartment in Southeast Boise the past few months. Finally closed on a house. Didn't expect to be living out in Kuna, but the amenities the house location provided based on our lifestyle was just too much to pass up. It's still only a 30 minute drive max to downtown because we can avoid the Meridian craziness since we're on the eastern part of Kuna

Nice! You will have easy access to the Snake River at Swan Falls and there are a ton of vineyards/wineries out there. Also closer to the Owyhees and Eastern Oregon than most people in Boise.

Yeah, the onslaught is well under way. St George, in south Utah, has been the fastest growing city in America pretty much every year for the past 13 years. I'm sure most of that is Californians fleeing their state, but a lot of it is immigrants from Central America. We only live about 45 minutes from St George and every time we visit we hear more Spanish
