A lot of good ones have been mentioned, but my absolute favorite is Phil Hartman as Bill Clinton in the McDonald's before his first inauguration.

I also enjoyed the Mike Ditka Type A Christmas Special.... where John Goodman as Santa says to Hartman (playing Ditka) "you get this lump of coal to shove where the sun doesn't shine". Ditka throws it back at him and yells "pussy". It shocks the rest of the crew as they look around
