Side note...even if Fauci did/does have money in Gilead, that doesn't mean he can dictate the results of multicenter clinical trial outcomes, nor will he be the one approving the drug for use in coronavirus.

I know how the pharmaceutical industry works...I've worked in it for 20 years.
And here's another more likely and fact-based explanation. Hydroxychloroquine doesn't work, which was proven in multiple studies.
