Any list that comes out regarding the fattest, poorest, and stupidest is dominated by the south bro. The only things you have to be proud of like SEC football, Mardi Gras, the food, and the drinking culture are some of the biggest contributing factors to the rankings and said embarrassment

They aren't overrun with social justice vaginas like Boulder.

All the food that's "from there" is extremely bland compared to food in places like Louisiana, Texas, Georgia. It's also much healthier. It's all personal preference, but I know what I prefer. Sucks I can't eat it whenever I want

I wonder how far Houston and San Antonio would move down the list if you excluded all the hispanics.

Dude, you can find good food anywhere today. I can find as many types of food in Seattle than I can Houston.

You should travel a little more and eat at nicer places when you do, because I don't know what the hell youre talking about. I eat pretty damn well.

You can find a lot more of the food that's native to Houston in Houston than you can in Seattle though and vice versa

I'm not talking about traveling and eating out all the time. I'm talking about everyday meals that people eat, typically at home, which makes up a large portion of their diet.

Taste buds don't give a shite. I guess if you're trying to impress the food network people it might matter.

I blame the body acceptance movement for making it exceedingly worse.

No way South Carolina and Ohio don't have cities in top 10.

how can Chattanooga be consistently ranked as one of the most active cities in America and also be the fattest?

Looked at the list. Looks like it may have included the Georgia suburbs across the state line...I blame those fat arse Georgians for bringing the Tennessee numbers down.

Southern beauty is produced by hours in front of the makeup mirror.

When I went to Europe years ago the only fat people I ever saw were American tourists. Kind of embarrassing.

There is a surprisingly high number of fat people in Belgium, at least by European standards. Must be all the waffles and fries
