ETA: I was by no means fat when I got here, but admittedly slightly overweight. I'm down 35 pounds after 3 years and in the best shape of my life by far at age 32

how can Chattanooga be consistently ranked as one of the most active cities in America and also be the fattest? The only fat people here are the ones with culture.

And Knoxville? This list doesn't even make sense.

It's absolutely astounding the amount of obesity and obesity related health issues you see at LSU health in Shreveport. They joke that every patient we see has the Shreveport "triad": hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol, and it is honestly difficult to find a patient in the hospital without at least 2 of the 3.
