Airline seats are smaller than the average person. To appeal to a wider customer base, they should offer larger seats. However, this shouldn’t be at the airline’s expense.
First class is an option on some airlines but not all of them.
If you’re uncomfortable you can choose not to fly with that airline. But it makes business sense to appeal to the largest population possible.

Now about we try switching to have as much space as you need, but you pay by weight, like how all other freight ships.

Someone in the comment section mentioned charging the passenger by weight, like by the lb. I say make them get on a scale in front of everyone and get weighed. Even let those standing in line place bets on the weight.

There are other posts showing her needing to use an oxygen tank when she flies. It’s obvious that she’s a major health risk - she’s lucky that airlines still allow her to fly given her high probability of having a medical emergency at 30,000 ft.
