you are fabricating the scene just like the prosecutor is going to. That doesn't mean that is what was going on.
They were standing there. They said they were going to defend themselves. They are in a very lenient state for this to go their way.
I think they still we be found guilty on something just because this day and age, and how the public.... people like you cant see beyond the trashiness.

I watched the video.....Orange man said multipl time he was going to kill him and the guy said... i will protect myself.... Then from the looks of it... he did.

Damn. First I’m seeing this story. I wasn’t really phased until the screaming. Regardless of how disgusting all of those people are, I can’t imagine watching your spouse get blasted right in front of your eyes then seeing his brains exposed.

I think the son may be found guilty to some degree on the basis that when he fired, the guy had already been shot and was no longer a threat of D/SBH.
The video leaves a lot to be desired re: the dead guy's position and actions.

I'm not going to say which specific law, as I'm neither a lawyer or in TX. But to me, justifying shooting the guy who was originally unarmed when you walked out with your guns to confront him is gonna be almost impossible, especially with the video. The bat isn't thrown until after the dad shoots twice and his gun jams. The dad even told investigators he doesn't call 911. Those aren't the words of someone not looking for trouble.

I remember this case. Both sides had a chance to walk away and didnt. Dude that got shot was motioning towards the father and sun and was very aggressive saying hed kill both them om several occasions. The father and son should have just called the cops.

The problem, based on the arguments in the video, is that father and son were brandishing their weapons. Notice the departed cusses them out for pulling a gun on him in front of his kids? That’s why I believe these guys will see time.
