I wear glasses to for reading but I must say, I was not sure where to watch to see the actual theft. Left, right, middle of the shot? What was the timestamp on the video when it happened?

I didn't see the crime there. The only time I see an orange shirted dude is when some younger guy who was either a mestizo or a light skinned black man briefly appears on camera. He was by himself and didn't have a son with him (and he was probably too young to have a son that would be any more than toddler age), and there was nothing to indicate he was stealing anything.

The father and son are facing the camera in the middle aisle in the center. The vendor has his back to them. The father (black shirt) opens the case takes out the card and hands it to the son (orange shirt).

They show up around 13 seconds. Middle of the frame, facing the camera looking down at the display case on the far side.

If I'm even looking at the correct people now, the thieves actually seem to be white. I don't really see the father stealing anything, but that's the only place where I see a guy wearing a black shirt who is standing next to a boy who seems to be his son who's wearing what seems to be an orange shirt.
