“Only tax payers should get to vote too. That’s only fair”

Yes. And, if you are a renter, you can’t vote on property tax issues.

what nuance? Using Mike Tyson as an example of how BMI doesn’t work on the vast majority of the population isn’t nuance.

In fact, it’s the exact opposite of nuance.

Additionally, you all come off as complete douche bags going after anyone when they deviate from the group think you all have created.

is this where I post the Spiderman pointing meme?

Yes, I am in the 1% as ya’ll put it, on the OT, but since I have disagreed with ya’ll on BMI I must be fat.

Nobody ever called you fat. You have yet to actually argue or make any points. You just get mad.

I did call you insecure though due to the above stated reasons.

No, we spend more money on food, thus pay more taxes. And we don’t burn up all the fossil fuels driving back and forth to the gym.

B) the correct use is intelligence

but keep preaching brother...

So right now I am on my bike 70-130 miles per week. My BMI this morning was 25.11. I’ll accept being dumb & obese if that’s your definition, lol.

It's not that hard to understand. If your BMI is 25.11, you are what 1 lb from "normal weight?" you're fine. It's the baws in here that are 33 BMI that aren't fat because they played sports in high school.

I never understood how hard it was for people to grasp simple macro concepts until this site. Jesus Christ

Lots of people should be held accountable for their personal choices. Good luck with that.

Completely get what you are saying BUT the government standard for BMI is:

quote:

BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9 (Normal Weight)

quote:

BMI is between 25 and 29.9 (Overweight)

By the set standard I’m “overweight”

It is an interesting concept. I just don’t know why it’s settles upon weight ONLY. Why not all risk factors? Smoking? How far a person drives? Hours worked/Job type? Alcohol use? Married? Is she ugly?

I agree. They use WAY more resources and their cost of living is outrageous.
