Big mac was about 8 dollars and some change in 2021 I believe. So 20-30 percent more expensive.

Overheard someone saying that KFC used to have an 8 pc family pack for $10 and it came with 2 sides. They said that now it’s 10 pcs and still comes with 2 sides but cost $35.

The $4 biggie bag is now the $5 biggie bag lol. Still not a terrible price though.

Start using apps to order fast food. There’s a ton of deals/coupons on those.

Dominos has a large 5 topping deal via the app for $7.99, carry out. Pretty great deal for a family.

"Decent deal for a burger"? Have you noticed the size of that burger? Mabe at best it's half the size of the old burger ( inside the bun). It's like the size of a bag of chips....any kind. Mabe 2/3the size of the old bags. The other third is just air.

Have you not been shopping lately? The wholesaler increased their prices as well. It doesn't stop here.

Yeah, you can go to a locally owned decent place for that money.

I'm not on some strict budget, but on principle if I find myself stopping at McDonald's for the kids in a trip, I go to the kiosk and carefully order the "deals." I can get out of there with a light meal for four, for well under $20.
Small OCD victories.

All the combos at Wendy’s and McDonalds are $10 and up.
Big Mac, Wendy’s Double, Quarter Pounder, etc.
$10 and up for a combo.
Insane.

Fast food prices are ridiculous. The prices definitely seem to have increased more percentage wise compared to many sit down restaurants. I can feed my family at Texas Roadhouse for 50-60 including tip, or Canes will run me around 40 and McDonalds 30-35. I’ll take Roadhouse or something similar all day everyday. We don’t eat as much fast food, which is great because it’s nasty anyway. I’m kind of glad it got expensive.

True. Unless you buy kosher or halal you really don't have any idea what you're eating, mainly because labeling laws are bullshite and people lie.
In most other instances, Dow Chemicals or Glaxo Smith Kline or someone like that was probably involved in the process at some point.

McDonald’s still offers a $3 bundle. Double cheeseburger with medium fries is $3. Not too bad.
I don't think they do. Have you been in the past 2 years? This sounds old
