My neighborhood has a strong HOA. A couple of the residents had a special needs child and decided to build a huge, ugly playhouse for him. Of course, this violated the HOA rules.
The couple sued because they felt having a special needs child entitled them to do as they pleased. They lost. They then put their house up for sale and moved. Should have done this in the first place.

Yep. Fake News Fox News. I saw this today on the network as my FIL was watching his personal required 12 hours of Fox News a day. He started barking about "liberals" insisting on cutting out the reason for the season. I tried to explain to him it was an HOA's rules, but he didn't want to hear it. Just blamed CNN and their views causing all of this.
