so tell us about your litigious experience. Would you rather the new owner go punch the seller in the face?

Are you retarded?

I just explicitly said I would sue in this situation because the seller was at fault legally for not disclosing the stalker situation which they knew about.

I also stated I hate how overly litigious our country is to further my point that this is actually deserving of a lawsuit.

See: the stories in the news of people suing for hot coffee burning them, for claiming they were fired for being fat, for neck injuries from a 5 mph fender bender, or falling down stairs that didn't have a "steep" warning.

Burn it to the ground. Blame it on this nutcase. Build new home with insurance money.

Hmmm. I'm no FBI behavioral analyst or anything but I think if you just look to see who else made offers on that house that were not accepted and who their real estate agents were - one of them is The Watcher. Just a 3% commission on $1.3M is a strong $39,000.

Secretly invite him in, once in, murder him with a weapon I bought off the street. then plant the same weapon on him that I used to kill him with. Get his fingerprints on it etc.

So how would the weapon end up back on him if you wrestled it away to kill him?

I'm glad most criminals are this dumb

I'd have an Open house. He would be bound to come in. Have a private investigator look into all the people who even slowed down by the house. Then if I could afford a 1.3 million dollar house I could afford someone to end him.

Talk about pending vacation on Facebook. Have the family spend a couple of night with grandma while you sit patiently in a dark home for intruder.

This sounds like that guy who killed those teenagers in his basement a while back.

"Plant" it as If it was his. Not put it in his pocket after I shot him.

That's why I said in short.

Short bbl 12 gauge pump, #9 shot. Have a good camera system, no problem.

Perhaps an elaborate scheme after having some buyer's remorse on their purchase ?

Lot of e-badasses in this thread. It's not like you know when this psycho is coming and you can load up like it's the purge. If I had young kids in this situation I'd be worried sick whenever they were at home without me. I'd probably sell the house if they couldn't catch the guy

Maybe, I think most people realize the type of shite that happens in serial killer movies is almost non-existent IRL. Sending notes with weird messages is a bizarre, if perhaps malicious prank.

I'm not saying they're wrong for moving, but people who fear note-writing serial killers who come from a familial line of "watchers" amuse me.

Sounds like someone needs to invest in a tactical shotgun or an AR.

This is New Jersey, the state where one guy was arrested on firearms charges for owning a 1700's flintlock. Also the same state where an airsoft pellet gun is considered a firearm. You have to justify owning a firearm for you to get one- and the wait time for an application often is too long.

The current owners are suing the previous owners for the full purchase price, plus interest. They also want to be awarded the house. They say they cannot sell the house because they are being forthright about The Watcher to possible buyers.

The local police chief says they are investigating profusely but have not learned anything yet.
