Faking positive Covid tests to keep numbers up?

I’m not a tin hat wearing, conspiracy theory chaser, but I wouldn’t doubt tests are being marked positive when it’s negative or inconclusive.
Case in point:
My 14 yo daughter tested positive last Monday morning (results didn’t come back until Tuesday afternoon). Even the doctor that saw her said he didn’t think she had Covid.
She spent the night at one friend’s house Friday night, another friend’s house Saturday night, and went to a party Sunday night.
Since the doctor said he didn’t think she would be positive, we had people over that Monday evening (granted she was in her room).
Not a single person she came in contact with over that weekend, or anyone else in my family got it.
Her symptoms were a 100.3 fever for about an hour or so. Her fever was gone by the time we brought her to the doctor. She has had zero fever or symptoms since (8 days now).
I’m thinking either a ton of diagnosis’s are not correct or incomplete, and they are marking them positive, or they are bumping the numbers on purpose.

Friend,
Because her doctor “didn’t think” she had COVID based on the symptom of a fever you think there are faked positive test results? Did she have a positive test result? If so, what type of test was it? Why do you think it was a false positive if the test was positive?

Biden told us to trust the doctors.

Was it a rapid test?
If so did they follow up with the PCR test?

My girlfriend's friend had several symptoms, tested twice and popped negative both times. Doctor overruled the results and said she had covid.

I think there is only about a 70% accuracy rate on the tests...your daughter may have a false positive...

They don't need to fake positives when they have such a legitimate false positive issue.

She had zero symptoms by the time she went to the doctor. She woke at 5:30 am with a slight fever. It was gone at 8:00 am when we brought her. Doctor took it with two different thermometers.
She came in contact with 50+ people over the course of that weekend, no one got it.
It just seems fishy to me.

It took over 24 hours for the results to come back

So you had a pending test and didn’t wait until results were known before having more people over?
That was really stupid

Yes it was. The doctor said it was sinus trouble, didn’t think it was Covid, but he tested her anyway.
But she was “quarantined” in her room that night.

Friend,
The NP PCR tests have sensitivity and specificity for COVID-19 that approach 100%. In reality, due to user error in testing and labs, the numbers are between 98 and 99%.
Rapid antigen testing, on the other hand, has a wide range from okay to not bad, but no where near the accuracy of the PCR tests.

I have a family member who was sick for over a month. She had 4 tests over that time period. Only the last one was positive.

My sister’s boyfriend’s cousin tested negative but still carried the virus to other people. Mask up!

No, they don’t.
They have calculations of sensitivity and specificity of near 100% because they are following lax standards, unknown prevalence, and other general frickery in place for the EUA. The current cycle threshold of 40 is laughable.
There are zero, count zero, PCR tests that have passed full FDA approval. And every single one that has entered the FDA approval protocols has been placed on the ‘do not use/distribute’ list.

Why did you get a 14 year old tested?
Is she obese or have other medical issues?
If not....it's a fricking virus...let it run it's course

Friend,
Perhaps you could expand upon what you wrote. I only find six labs listed that have made the do not use list and five of those six are not PCR tests. As it seems you may well be a lab technician or above, what is the gold standard for testing?
