For the life of me I can't fathom why some people are so fricking stupid to think they can approach a wild animal like nature is a petting zoo.
Two swipes and a bite and this guy would have been a light lunch. Good thing that wasn't a mature brown bear.

And the guy thought he was safe by jumping on the hood of his car. As if an animal that can climb trees would be unable to step up on a bumper.

Like the guy, a Brit tourist if I remember correctly, in Africa gets out of his vehicle to get a better picture of a lion.
The lion charges and before the guy could get back in the vehicle, the lion snatches his arse and drags him off into the jungle to eat.
