I don't think it's that. Incels lower their expectations to near nothing, but decent and good looking guys will still have sex with unattractive women.

I think that it’s based on Redpill comics
Basically, women put the nice guys in the friend zone, bone chads for years until they’re rode hard and put up wet and lost their looks. They eventually become crazy cat ladies or end up marrying the nice guy with a job to take care of them and their little Chadlets.

Did a little reading on the subject. Was surprised to find the below quote. I don’t see this as a Right movement at all.

I hadn't thought about dating apps, but you may be on to something there. Other statements about guys wanting to out kick their coverage because of internet porn, #metoo, and societies view of men being disposable has led us here as well. One thing I'd like to add is the body positivity movement. Which really only means it's okay for women to be fat, but frick all the men that don't look like Tom Hardy.

Why is it my problem that some fat frick that doesn’t bathe and wears anime tshirts and fedoras can’t get pussy? They act like they don’t understand why no one likes them but if they weren’t completely out of touch with reality, it would be obvious to them.
