Excessive field trip request? Does your school do this?

My son started HS on Monday and came home with some bs paperwork about a trip to France. Lol. I just laughed

I went to Disney World on a physics field trip. We went to Kennedy Space Center first which was the main reason I wanted to go. We went behind the scenes and saw how some of the rides worked at Disney. It was pretty cool.

My kid has gone to Atlanta and San Antonio on one. Very expensive but he’s had a blast

I did two when I was in high school. One was to Galveston for biology and we did stuff around the marshes there. The other one was to Italy for a History class. Amazing trip and learned a ton.

Why, I went to the UK for 10 days as a junior. Parents paid half. I paid half. Think it was 1700 bucks.
