That's fine, you don't have to. This is an internet forum after all. But here's a lesson for ya Supadave on how you can be more supa...

1) Run poles (sprint intervals) with the dog very early in the AM. That's usually only 15-20 mins and it's fasted. Pretty awesome endorphin rush early in the AM as the sun is coming up.

2) I own a gym and I spend at least 4 hrs in it everyday. Sometimes that means a HIIT routine. Most of the time that's some variation of lifting. That's workout no.2

3) I live right by my old high school and it's so easy to slip away for 20 min and go run stadium intervals. I do this 2-3 times a week.

It's really not hard at all to get 3 workouts in in a single day, plus be there as a Dad and be there for my GF, and run business, and do social media, and be accountable to my employees, and cook, and meditate, and still have fun. And yes, some of these are stoned, some are not. Some people are just lazy as frick.

I can do most things high. Weed has very little affect on me outside short term memory.

Some physical activities I will not do, but mentally its not difficult.

except it was cigs, people smoked every where all the time, even on planes.

That's funny because I just spent two weeks in San Diego and I don't recall smelling it anywhere and I was all over the place from Otay Ranch, Chula Vista, National City and all over San Diego proper up to LaJolla.
However, when Southern came to LSU I smelled it EVERYWHERE around and under the stadium really strong. I LOL'd.
That was the ONLY game I smelled it at all year.
Weird, huh?
