I honestly would not want a home so big. in fact to me they’re more of a house than a home.

I think it would be cool for a while. But you'd pretty much need a full time staff to keep up with the place. I like my privacy.

The only reason I would want that house is to bring instahoes over that will put out just to take a pic there

Not always the best plan.

Court records show a woman was arrested late Saturday after causing damage to several works of art at a Houston attorney's home in River Oaks. Lindy Lou Layman, 29, is accused of damaging three paintings and two sculptures at the home of prominent attorney Anthony Buzbee.

Layman is accused of pouring liquid onto paintings, tearing paintings off the wall and throwing sculptures across the room, according to Harris County court documents. The resulting damage cost at least $300,000.

I mean River Oaks is a big neighborhood. They may "say" they're in River Oaks but not really be near the country club.

This is just dumb. Little shrimps are just gonna track grass into the pool everytime they get in and out.

I'd take her to court and make sure she has to ho herself out for a lot longer. Looks like she is on the back end of her looks

I have a commercial Hustler ZTR mower and my yard absolutely destroys my arse to mow it. Big houses are a young mans game or a rich man. I am neither and need to sell this beast I live in.

My dad’s cousin married a guy who made a fortune as a wildcatter back in the 30s and they lived in River Oaks and ran with the top shelf folks in Houston. Sadly, the 2nd Generation has a lot of tragedy but they lived well as I was told. I never met any of them but over the years when I mentioned their name, people knew who I was talking about. They were legitimately loaded. Last I heard, a great grandchild was running things.

Those big homes are also almost always homestead, exempt from seizure to collect a judgment.

You could have a home worth $10 million in Texas, and as long as it is homestead, a judgment creditor cannot seize it.

Child support and taxes are exceptions.
