Everyday I come to work. I dream of firing this one person. But I can’t.

I need two more bad annual performance reviews and a personal improvement plan before there is cause.
I hate unions. These people are like black mold. It’s hell to get them out your house.
I pray every day for God’s hand to whisk her away to the great beyond. She brings everyone down. Nobody in this entire organization has one good word to say about her.
Ever had an employee like this and how did you rid yourself of them?

I called her to the window last week. Asked her what she saw out there in the city. She said "What?"
I responded "Opportunity....for you elsewhere if you don't get your crap together".

True. I've maintained a positive attitude publicly, but they wear down on me. All 15 of them. They grind your soul out until it's nothing but pancake mix.

So 2 years of piss poor performance plus like a 90 day improvement plan?
Where do you work because I'm applying there and working a side gig while I'm supposed to be working for you since you can't fire anyone. Might even just use your office as the office for my side gig.
