They just get crazier and crazier every day.

That pretty much says it all.

It's not just losing weight, its getting down to a healthy body fat %

Skinny fats are still unhealthy even though they don't look obese

If your body fat % is over 17% you are fat and unhealthy.

That dumb hippo thinks that there is no direct correlation between obesity and diabetes(especially type 2 diabetes). Something that has been proven over and over.

That right there is enough to discredit anything she writes.

As a guy who tends to yo yo from around 30percent body fat to 20 percent, I fricking hate this thinking.

I feel so much better when I am on the lower end. These fat bitches have never put in the effort to be smaller, and wouldn't know how better their bodies operate while smaller.

If you feel great at 20% think about how great you will feel at 12-15%

The same reason most self-destructive behaviors are no longer shunned. Feelings

The irony is that these modern progressives will deny biology, physics, etc when it comes to weight and gender then will turn around and berate those that question climate change and label them as science deniers.

I've read that for men you can be overweight to an extent and still be healthy

After your waist size gets around 40 and above it becomes a problem regardless of BMI. And a lot of visceral fat is a really bad sign.

There are different types of fat and some are worse than others and it's not all about BMI

"People of size"

Imma start calling fatties people of size from now on.

I'm sure the author has a medical degree rather than women's studies right?
