I've never smoked weed (or tobacco either) but this video has serious flaws.
The body has built-in ways to remove toxins that aren't adequately modeled here.
I'm not at all saying smoking weed is safe or anything other than a way to poison yourself, just saying this isn't really an accurate depiction.

That experiment reflects close to 100% smoke inhalation efficiency which is not remotely accurate.
