I'm 30. My friends are 30-35. Got a few DINKS and some bachelors in there, but it's mostly folks with young kids who gave up on everything else in life (including their bodies). Find some cool hobbies and be willing to meet new people.

They don’t say it to my face but they definitely leave me out of things sometimes.
Group smoke breaks, lunch, after work drinks to watch the game.
To be honest, you sound more fun than those guys. You should be okay with them leaving you out.
Hang out with people your own age, and try not to look desperate for friendship at work.

The answer is really simple. If you show up with a hot girlfriend/wife, They will assume you have some quality and be impressed. If your GF is a ditchpig, abandon this idea.
