Yeah. The left wing guys you mentioned were probably intelligent to a degree that it’s hard to be here.
The right wing guys you mentioned are a bit more salt of the earth. A guy you could have a beer with. If that’s a good thing to you, don’t think more into this.

4. We need to compare the suicide rates of each group to the rates of the general population to establish a baseline.

No doubt religious people statistically have better mental outlook than many. It’s more to do with socialization and sense of community than anything.

Not logically inconsistent or anything. Just in character. Like he has a certain quota of posts that he dedicates to trying to stay in good graces with the politards, although I'm not claiming that's the case. It's probably just that his thoughts so often mirror my own, leading me to believe we align on everything, which makes the occasional wild turns so disconcerting to me.
