Nope. I've even made my own using both tuna and salmon.

Amberjack is better cooked than raw. I have tasted almost every fish that swims in Louisiana and the GOM raw just for the hell of it.

You can’t beat tuna.

Ive seen Korean guys eat fresh Bonita being cut up for bait. They still livin.

Bonita has got to be strong. So bloody. Never tried that or tarpon and a few others.

Years ago there was a post on here from a dude who ate raw sushi and was shitting worms. Anyone else remember that? He had his wife cutting it off with scissors and crap.

Escolar, tako and sake sashimi are my favorites. I've eaten enough sashimi to fill a large body of water and never gotten sick.
