My cab driver just now only had half a foot. It was stop and go for 30 miles straight. I'm nauseous as can be and I never feel like this. Do I have any legal recourse? Stub has just ruined my night

Do you really want to pay an attorney for this?

Also, recovering damages on being car sick would be very difficult.

Only recourse is to puke in his car

Sea sick? Not at sea? That would be motion sick, or car sick. Gotta be at sea to be sea sick.

Were you reading or anything while riding?

Yeah you're legally allowed to make yourself look like a goofball for asking if you have legal recourse because you got "sea sick" in a car, on land.

I get motion sickness fairly easily (can't rise festival rides that go in a circle), though oddly enough, never on a boat.

So forgive me for not feeling bad that you've gotten car sick for the first time.

No. I always take Uber. Cab drivers can go f*** themselves.

While taking my oldest son on a cruise after he graduated from High School we went to one of those all you can drink places on the beach in Cozumel. He was drinking Long Island iced teas all day. Dude puked in the cab on the way back to the ship.

That cab can float? You realize it's just motion sickness, right? My fiancée once said she'd sue me for making her sick, but she just moved to the front seat.

My froend did this all the way to BR from Nola. And as we were passing the superdome I said "Dude. Please turn cruise control on" didn't listen until I had to stick my head out of the window and throw up. It was raining too.

In Denver a good many years ago. My son was about 13. Wife, son, daughter and me taking a taxi from Brown Palace to a restaurant. Son said he was feeling bad - puked all over back floor (fortunately no carpet). Car driver was understanding, but I tipped him $20 to get his car cleaned.

Wasn't stop and go. He just hit the gas, released, hit the gas, released.
Bad driver. One of the ones you despise being behind
