I had someone in my office yesterday flat out refusing to accept basic math. It was only the two of us in my office, but I did the old “look around the room for other people” thing as I could not understand how this was not being understood.

How does she know?

All the time. There are people who will for the most part believe you because they are realistic. Then there are the people who for whatever reason, will debate anything regardless of the proof saying otherwise. You can tell these people anything, like the sky is blue. Well they would say not on a cloudy day. You could say if you jumped into a pool full of water you would be wet. They would say something like well not after you dried off with a towel. You could catch them red handed doing something but they would say it's their evil twin.
Hell some people still believe in Bigfoot despite the many doctored videos that clearly show a man in a suit. Of course that's more laughable then annoying.
