The FIFA figures aren't what I'm talking about. There's no arguing thr FIFA numbers, one because they're painfully obvious, and two it's not why the women are suing. They are suing the US Federation.
Another point- today for the first time I heard a woman say, "Equal pay for similar work." Not EQUALwork. This lowers the bar just a littttttle bit.

That's essentially what I've been saying along with a few other things. I'm arguing their CBA isn't on par with the men's despite their success, both on the field and financially. And that's why they should be suing the federation, not for equal pay. As I said in my first post in the thread, that is asinine, but when you collectively bargain you are always going to make the other side say no.

I believe it should be based on Revenue until they beat the world and win the fricking world cup. Then they need to figure a way to overly compensate those women since the men can not even sniff the damn Tournament.

It's funny how they are arguing for equal pay but they are the ones who negotiated the cba. They went through this two years ago.
