I was diagnosed with walking pneumonia earlier today, but I was determined to give you the best show humanly possible. I played and sang my heart out, until my voice could sing no more
This is a true performer. I would love to see him one more time before he is done. I can’t imagine any of the new age artists wanting to put on a show this badly.

72 years old and still playing with walking pneumonia. That shite is dangerous at that age, even if it is the lesser pneumonia.
Guy is awesome. Saw him in New Orleans a while back and it was an excellent show.

I guess might say that “the sun finally went down on him.”

After every single song he plays at his concerts dude always stands up and waves to the crowd. Every. Single. Time. It's pretty humorous but also shows he's a class act.

Godspeed, Sir Elton

Idk about the sun, but someone's son probably did

Saw him a year ago or so - killed it. Voice was still great.
He is obviously aging though, doesn't get around as easily but you can't really hear it in his voice. Opposite of McCartney, who does like 3-4 hour shows but his voice does struggle some (although it's still quite good considering).

It's odd that he's basically lived in Atlanta for the last 25 years.

His candle burned out long before his legend ever did

He is my favorite artist. Heck of a performer that sounds just as good live as he does on digital media.

Apparently they did let the sun go down on him,
But maybe just maybe someone saved his life tonight.

I guess that’s why they call it the blues

Awesome even if it's photoshopped.

It’s from a charity tennis event in BR a few years back I think.
