Bruh, you sop up critical race theory and you think the guy that built Tesla, Space X, Starlink, etc is the dumb one?
And he's hating on an African American. That should be enough to get him sent to one of Joe's reconditioning camps.

He's separating the wheat from the chaff using all angles. From work how/where I say to restructuring debt.

No it wasn’t. He made his offer to buy Twitter for $54.20 on April 14th. The price that day was 48.37. You are confusing the 38 percent increase from when Musk initially purchased 9 percent of the company. The premium he paid was less than 20 percent.
I'm not arguing what it was trading at. The "worth" quip is just an opinion of mine. Additionally, imagine if he dropped the 20 cents a share in lieu of making a marijuana joke. He could have saved $150 million

His net worth has fluctuated $150 million in the time it took me to reply to your post.

Under Elon Twitter is now losing $1 Billion / year and apparently he has destroyed a lot of revenue.
To be fair, a left wing attack on advertisers and now the new verification system are what’s plaguing twitter financially. I think Elon may have been a bit naive with regards to what libs would do.

Under the former CEO Twitter was losing about $50 million / year with about $2 Billion in revenues. Pretty much breaking even. Under Elon Twitter is now losing $1 Billion / year and apparently he has destroyed a lot of revenue.
The numbers I saw showed that in the last 10 years Twitter has had 2 profitable years, 2018 and 2019.
In 2021 they lost around 221 million and in 2020 they lost around 1.1 billion.

Year Net profit / loss ($mm)
2012 -79
2013 -645
2014 -577
2015 -521
2016 -456
2017 -108
2018 1206
2019 1466
2020 -1136

It had nothing to do with Elon being a raging narcissist who immediately started trolling and even spread fake news about the attack on Paul Pelosi. Auto makers weren't concerned about advertising on a platform run by one of their competitors. And definitely it had nothing to do with his $8 blue check scheme that has already led to trolls impersonating corporations.
You really gobbled up that "leftists did this" tweet, didn't you?

Fair but only a small portion of revenue

This is being organized by leftist groups
Go back to DU, pedo

Well, there’s no accurate way to project that yet, since he’s owned the platform for all of two weeks.
However, assuming for one second that’s correct, at that rate, he’ll have to shut it down.
In approximately 197 years.

So they had an hour and 15 minutes notice.

It wasn't losing that much when he bought it.
False, yes it was. That’s why he jammed $8/mo verification through the pipeline to start generating immediate cash flow. Twitter has been a known loser for a while- propped up by investors
quote:
If he paid $44 Billion for a company that was losing $4million a month the guy has some serious mental issues.
If he bought it as a cash flowing investment, yes. However, he likely saw more value in owning the platform and media, like many other billionaires own media distribution companies.

He's not a "genius". He's a narcissist who likes to tell you he's a genius.
Link to when he called himself a genius?
quote:
He founded SpaceX but every other company he owned was already established.
First of all, lol @ the fact SpaceX isn’t noteworthy to you. He basically put NASA out of the rocket business by fast tracking engineering, dev, and testing. Also, false. He essentially confounded PayPal. He also founded The Boring Company, Starlink, and Neurolink. So really Tesla was the only company he didn’t outright start. And even that, you’re being disingenuous if you’re trying to ignore Musk’s immediate and direct involvement with the company when he bought it and started the come-up.
quote:
Honestly the only thing I think the guy does is tweet all day. Tesla shareholders wants him to step down as CEO because he never works. He's just cashing checks at this point.
Lol wow. Just wow. He’s literally lead engineer and CEO at most of his companies.

I’m afraid this will disproportionally effect minorities and people in the gay communities.
