So you don’t like that the share price was higher than you think it should be?
It's way higher than it should be using pretty much any accepted modeling technique. It doesn't really have much to do with my personal opinion.

I think the dudes a fraud and I'm not a plant baw. He may be smart, but he's a scam artist.
Once you launch rockets that land themselves for reuse, speed up the car technology race by at least a decade, found a world changing payment solutions company, and manage the technology and bureaucratic nightmare that is tunneling under Los Angeles; I don't think you can be called a fraud anymore.
You might not like his ability to turn a company into a publicly traded manufacturing powerhouse, but he's definitely not a fraud.

This certainly could be scapegoating and deflection but don't discount the possibility of industrial sabotage. It's not often talked about but it's certainly not uncommon and it's happened all throughout history.
Hell, look at China. China's intellectual property theft from companies in developed worlds is a form of industrial sabotage that is acknowledged and well-known and is taking place right now and part of the driving factor behind Trump's tariffs against them

But you have to look no further than the companies namesake to see the classic example of a visionary being horrible at running a company
Excellent catch.

Sure you can because he does all of that years after he says he is and runs a negative cash flow business

I have yet to read an article related to the sabotage where Musk is quoted as saying, "We have finally found the reason for our production woes"
Musk is telling it how it is... an employee stole data and possibly shopped it. I believe he possesses tangible evidence of the IP theft.

He's a fraud because he lets willing investors fund his business during it's growth for a potential payoff in the end? Wow, surely this has never been done before in the tech industry. I mean Jeff Bezos would never.

Dude there are serious cash flow concerns with Tesla. Not that long ago they barely had enough cash to continue operations while announcing they were pushing back timelines. All of that as the share price was increasing. Then you had that weird earnings call with Musk. Look at the Financials dude.

None of those manufacture a tangible product. That's almost totally irrelevant as far as Tesla is concerned.

I get what you are saying but saying one company is allowed to be negative because they produce a service rather than a physical product is rather naive.

In general, sure, but I'm not talking about it general. I'm talking about Tesla specifically.

Their factory is in California and they’re building the Gigafactory in Nevada. Is that not manufacturing in America?

The "Great American Fraud" is currently employing 37,000 Americans at Tesla
That goes along with 7K at SpaceX, however many are employed at The Boring Company
Seems like America is getting a good ROI from Musk

Enron paid tons of people good money so who cares what they were doing.

Not really

And the new one runs about $40k, so the 1%ers shouldn't care.
The cheapest you can possibly buy one right now is 45k, and most are being sold well above 50k with options.
That said, all the other models get the same subsidies.
