Hospital systems love to buy out local hospitals, cut pay and benefits, then bring in H1B visas from the Philippines in non patient facing roles who aren't qualified by US standards but have the international certifications needed to legally do the job here. Who knows how they get the certs, it could all be fraudulent based on some of the quality of "work" I have seen.

Yeah I'm just lazy. I got a perfect ACT score, scholarship to Rice, graduated with honors, single handedly started the ML department at my last job, won employee of the quarter. But according to you I've been laid off and replaced by Indians 3 times in my career because I'm just lazy and dumb while Parjesh and Sunjeet are superior.

H1B isn't needed the problem is because "no child left behind" turned potential smart kids who needed to get shown their arse into lazy MFs.
I was one of them. I dropped out of college and joined the military. Now I'm a ChemE. Seems like I just needed to get my arse handed to me.

One way to judge a politician is by considering who is against him. Here, fairly easy to understand why POTUS Donald Trump was elected so overwhelmingly. Then, there is his enemies' choice to consider as well: According to Sean O'Brien, liberal leader of the Teamsters' Union, Harris showed up at a meeting with the Board of the Union, answered only the first 3 questions out of 16 & walked out. Turning to say to O.Brien: " I'll win with or without your support. Get on board". Note that the Teamsters did not endorse the Democratic candidate for the first time in its history. And while not endorsing the GOP candidate as well, he did speak at the GOP's national convention.

It isn’t that Americans do not WANT said jobs.
It’s that said jobs pay a very very low wage that only illegal immigrants will take them.
It is a self feeding cycle.
Farmer can pay an illegal $3 an hour to pick oranges. He would have to pay an American $8.
So he pays the illegal.
Then suddenly the American citizen is unemployed and yet the illegal immigrant IS employed.
The system exploits the wave of illegals to increase profits. At the expense of the well being of the legal citizenry.
It isn’t that American turn up their nose at these jobs. They WANT jobs. They just mainly can’t compete with illegals who will race to the bottom of wages so they can simply survive.
