Elon tried to back out of the deal because Twitter was lying about how many accounts were real vs bots. This shows the board knew they had been lying and that they knew the real numbers but hid it from the court.
It also means they hid it from investors and advertisers. Literally fraud.

He already has a plan. He said a while back he was going to turn it into a super app like "Wechat"
He has always wanted an everything App. He was going to do his own called "X". He even said this is an accelerant to achieving that.
