Most of the Chad's I know come from upper middle class to upper class families.
Maybe you need to start hanging around a different crowd.
I've run across some guys like you described typically at gas stations buying Monster energy drinks, wearing swim trunks that are long enough to be considered capris, and fueling up their "ride." They have names like Logan, Dakota, Hunter or at least that is what is on their airbrushed front license plates they got from Pecanland Mall in Monroe.
